改动如下：

• 1、引用原版多国语言包，默认中文且时区为 Asia/Shanghai。把国内主流的平台（QQ、WB等）给补齐了。
• 2、保留原版 Chevereto-Free 的所有内容，不对其 Chevereto.Com 和作者版权进行修改
• 3、遵守 AGPL-3.0 License 开源，所有内容透明且可以按官方文档进行安装部署。
• 4、CheveretoChina 完全兼容之前提供的鉴黄方案。
